How much will I actually pay?
$249 a month covers your first 5 seats. Every seat after that is $49, dropping to $35 once you pass 15. Eight people is $396; twenty is $914.
Who counts as a seat?
Everyone with a login — office staff and field crew alike. Anyone who has left just needs deactivating on the Team page, and they stop counting on the next invoice.
Are any features held back?
There are no feature tiers. A two-person shop and a thirty-person one are on the same plan — it just costs less. The list on this page is the plan. Trade makes no difference; the price follows headcount and nothing else.
What happens when my team grows?
The next seat is added to your bill and nothing about the software changes. Take someone off and the bill goes back down. Month-to-month either way, cancel whenever. Ask and we'll export your data.
What's included in onboarding?
We move your clients and jobs across and set up your branding, for every company. Workiz exports are recognized automatically; a Jobber export, or a CSV out of anything else, goes through a short screen where you confirm what each column means.
What about Stripe fees?
Hewer takes no cut of your payments (Stripe's standard processing fee still applies).

Yes. You get 30 days free with every feature in your plan. A card is required to start, and if you cancel before day 30, you aren't charged.

Is anything extra?
One optional add-on: an AI phone assistant that answers your business line, takes callers' details and books site visits on your calendar. It's $49/month, 150 minutes included each billing period, then $0.25 a minute, rounded up to the minute per call. Add or remove it any time from Settings.
What's this charge on my statement?
