Switching to Hewer

Moving from Jobber, Workiz or Housecall Pro?

Your clients and jobs come with you. Export them from your old system as spreadsheet (CSV) files, drop them into Hewer and check what came across.

Pick where you’re coming from

Using something else, or a spreadsheet you keep by hand? Any CSV with clients, jobs or payments goes through the same column matcher the Jobber and Housecall Pro guides describe.

What people worry about

Switching is a pain. Here’s what actually happens.

“I’ll lose my client list.”

Your clients come over from the spreadsheet (CSV) your old system exports. They are matched by phone number, so the same person is never added twice.

“I’ll be starting from an empty screen.”

Jobs come over too, each tied to its client and keeping the job number from your old system, so the history is there on day one.

“The price keeps creeping up with add-ons.”

Hewer is one plan with a public price and no feature tiers. The only thing that moves the bill is how many people log in.

“Getting out will be a fight.”

Month-to-month, cancel any time. Your clients and jobs can be downloaded as spreadsheets from Settings whenever you want them.

What it costs

One plan, priced by team size.

  • $249 a month covers your first 5 seats. Seats 6 to 15 are $49 each, and every seat after that is $35.
  • No feature tiers: every company is on the same plan. The one optional extra is an AI phone assistant, listed on the pricing page.
  • Month-to-month. Cancel any time.
  • 30-day free trial. Card required to start, and cancelling before day 30 costs nothing.

The full feature list is on the pricing page.

Bring your records over and see them in Hewer.
